In the table below* you will find most of the materials we cut and the maximum thickness possible for cutting. We can not cut stone or marble, glass, ceramic and non-ferrous metals. For additional materials, you can consult with us.

Our laser machines have a lot of precision (POSITIONING) and you can repeat the same cutting exactly (the apartments). Another factor that affects the accuracy of the final part is the thickness of the cut line that the laser creates in the material (KERF). Two main factors influence the thickness of the KERF: the reaction of a certain material to the laser (for example, in KERF Polypropylene is higher than in Perspex), the thickness of the material being cut - the larger the KERF the thicker the KERF. In cases where the accuracy of the KERF is very important, the thickness of the KERF should be evaluated and the drawing should be adjusted so that the result obtained after the cut shall be in the required dimensions. Consult with us when the required accuracy is high, such as when the cut parts should fit into existing sections, to openings of specific dimensions or to each other.

Yes. We offer our services to everyone, but there is a minimum order amount of 240 NIS + VAT.

As part of our desire to provide service and response to our customers, we work with a courier company of Israel Post and offer a mission to the home / business.
The cost of shipping to most parts of the country - 50 NIS + VAT. (For a package weighing up to 25 kg and maximum dimensions of 80X50X40 cm).
Most shipments are scattered within 1-3 business days.
It is possible to collect raw materials and / or samples from the customer to us at the cost of delivery. In such cases, we will not be responsible for any damage caused during the shipment.

In urgent cases it is possible to perform a mission from today to today - the price will be determined according to the target location.
You can collect from us (free of course) and we recommend this in the following cases:

• The parts are fragile and there is a fear that they will not survive the shipment. We will try to warn in such cases.
• time pressure. We will meet the delivery time we promised. In order to avoid delaying delivery, we have arrived and will ensure timely delivery.
• A small / remote settlement - in such cases the courier company may delay the shipment.
• The address specified does not contain any person who is waiting for the messenger.

We will be happy to meet and meet you at our studio so you can get a closer look at examples or to sit with us for consultation. Please come by appointment so we can be with you. Introductions are of course free of charge. We also offer a consultation and / or a work meeting. The service is charged according to meeting time.

As a rule, we are not prepared to perform works on the spot. The work itself is carried out in the production hall, which only employees are allowed to enter, so it is impossible to be with us in the work process itself. We understand that your time is expensive and in some cases the work is urgent and you want to save more travel time and therefore it is possible to coordinate with us in advance an exact time when the work will be done. In such cases you can deliver the raw material, we will immediately start working and call you as soon as the work is completed for the purpose of collection.
